Re: CMake Error on Ubuntu 12.04
That is quite interesting. And yes, we should add tolua++ (which probably requires tolua) to the dependencies for Ubuntu. Though CEGUI already depends on it anyway. The plugins are OK because the CgProgramManager is retrieved separately I believe (check the Ubuntu packets) and the Direct3D is not fo...

Re: CMake Error on Ubuntu 12.04
I can't seem to nail it at all. Checking the tolua lib source code reveals NO static data at all. That means liking statically against multiple targets won't be a problem (since the symbols are just functions without static data). Browsing through the Ubuntu packages, I found only one explanation so...

Re: CMake Error on Ubuntu 12.04
<reto> Wie machen die das überhaupt? CEGUI hat tolua modifiziert <reto> und um Exception handling erweitert That's because the modifications are in the *.lua files, which actually make up tolua. The C library is just a collection of convenience functions. And those *.lua files are in src/external/t...

Re: Music & Sound Effects: Metal Theme & more
Kevin definitely implemented cross fading in the code, but it currently doesn't affect looping of ambient sounds AFAIK. Though, I'm not entirely sure.

Re: Problems running singleplayer
I think I've done it somewhere by executing some simple Lua code that creates an alias.
Might actually be in the init script, written in Lua.

Re: Unit testing
Thanks. As you noticed I'm using a D7000, which is an awesome camera. It can do just about anything you'd want and doesn't weight and cost too much. For normal use, I have Nikon's 16-85mm zoom and when things get far, the 70-300mm (also Nikon) has incredibly fast AF for the price and delivers really...

Re: Unit testing
I really like the part where you don't use boost
And I realized that I haven't done something for Orxonox for a very long time... It kind of got replaced by photography. Maybe that gets old some day ^^

Hmm, thanks for mentioning it.
But I kinda have to admit that it's going to take me another year to graduate... Damn that extra year abroad

Re: Look into the past of the Orxonox PPS
Neither did I! Thanks for the notice! I only knew that the EE website displayed "random" images taken from around this time. Though I get the impression that they don't exactly represent the actual state. Check it out for yourself and tell me: www.ee.ethz.ch/uploads/pics/lehre_##.jpg (just replace #...
