hofzge you are not alone  I agree with you: there needs to be some posting rules for the Wiki. In the forum on the other hand it is very important, as you said, that people can just speak about whatever they want. It should become the community's meeting place to speak about game related stuff...

hi hofzge, thanks for the short sketch, it's very important indeed to summarize the event before the information gets lost. So here are some additional (and already mentioned) notes: Releasing selecting a windows maintainer force stable version for windows simple installers for all platforms selecti...

Ok, I have written an email to orxonox-dev [at] mail.datacore.ch and asked if those 3 people also got time on Saturday.
Silvan already replied and is able to come on Saturday.

I think we will be able to make it on Saturday, so I hope there is no need for your suggestion.

Hi nowic

This error actually isn't caused by the CD engine (because of the last debug output), but it's a shader problem. I'm not yet sure about what is causing this segfault.

I will check this after my exams and report back.

hhmmm... it looks like Friday 20th got the most votes. Saturday 21st just got 6 votes (2 less). The problem is, that Beni can't join us on Friday.

On the other hand Silvan, Claudio and Bensch probably won't be able to join us on Saturday...

I'll write an email about this.

I especially like the idea of long laser beams. They really rock. Also some fancy rocket with trailing smog and so on... We can make this thread into a weapon systems thread, where everyone can suggest new, cool weapons. - Lasers (beams) all sorts of colors - Many, many rockets (auto aiming) - Proje...

With my old 600MHz laptop I have some problems initializing all openGL extension (which is quite clear, because they are not present :D). This is just to remind everybody, that this problem still exists. SVN: Revision 9879 My systems: ================= Desktop: ================= OS: Gentoo Xorg 7.0 ...

Nice work! We will fix the ebuild as soon as possible (after my last exam next week :D). We just didn't have enough time lately to make it easier to install orxonox, but we will work on this in the next semester. Yes, there are some segfaults, they are mostly because of untested input combinations o...

Thinktank Meeting

Hi guys, I have already written an email about it: we are going to meet to discuss ideas about the Orxonox story and some gameplay questions. Be sure to read the current Orxonox story setup in our wiki . You can vote for a date for the convention here . If there are not too many participants, I will...

[Closed] Collision Reaction Redesign

The current implementation of the collision reaction is not yet complete. On one hand there is a bug hiding, that prevents some collisions from being registered and on the other hand the design is not symmetric. There are also some performance issues that could be handled, like: collision objects th...

New Orxonox Forum

After a short downtime this is our new Orxonox forum. The forum categories have been fully restructured. We are afraid that the old forum entries are lost.
But we are sure that the real forum activity just started... 8)
