Great, I love how my humble try to somehow participate in the discussion is crushed by your sarcastic, word bending humor.
Haha
I like you too
In fact the discussion about the folder structure is almost over, we've discussed it in the irc while you were playing in the snow
And as you might have noticed, the restructuring has already started. I've created a "util" folder for common functions and classes and a "tools" folder inside orxonox for orxonox-specific classes. And reto and nico did good work with the CMLs.
One more thing to think about (Yes beni, you too
): we could move the main.cc (and maybe the Orxonox.cc and .h) into the src folder, leaving the orxonox directory for objects and other classes. This would result in a small executable and an orxonox-library.

but before you start thinking about putting orxnox.cc into the src folder, you need to get rid of the back dependencies first.
Still, I have no idea, how we're going to do that. There are a lot of hacky ways, but we develop orxonox
btw: Would it be helpful to create a thread listing all the major "think abouts" and problems we have to do?
We could update the thread regularly (if I create it, we can all edit the first post, since the you assis have admin rights).

Now I feel relieved. Could have done that too, but was ever too lazy...

I am not sure whether I should be glad or annoyed... Another thing to take care of.
(Responsibility comes with power, or was it the other way round?)

Well, it will be just one thread for 5 people
And as I see it, most of you are already frequent forum visitors, so it should no be a problem.
I just hope that whatever ticket / work assignment system you have doesn't get watered down by this new idea.

Yeah... I don't think the ticket system works too well for that purpose...
You cannot discuss a subject effectively, as an example.
