Materials & Resources: How to load

I just wanted to test my loader to load some materials when creating the scene in main orxonox, e.g. the stuff we used in the tutorial: skybox, ogre head etc; but wasn't able to do that because I've no clue how it is organized. I saw in the tutorial folder that there was a media/materials/scripts folder with textfiles in it which define the material names, but these doesn't exist in the trunk anymore... What can I do to load the stuff I need?
