Check out this link to see a first try on the new Orxonox poster for the convention on one of the last days of May:

Not to much color (whether this is good or bad is debatable) - a bit more, or some more colorful tone might be nice.

And it includes the ASSF

I take 3 ;)

cheers

Well, he's my little "brother". And his name is written there, so people will be interested in his other works. ^^
I told him to make Orxonox more important and his name less important, since we do not want to advertise just for him, but for the convention. However he has all rights to put his name and link on it.

Very nice! I like the design.

Two things: Convention XIII is not very readable in the first moment and 19.12.07 - 14-15 Uhr - VAW B1 should rather be something like:
19.12.07 14.00 - 15.00 Uhr VAW B1.
The reason is simple: last time, many people thought it was 14.15 Uhr. Maybe we don't even need to say it's till 15 o'clock.

Date and time AND place are not yet decided. I would suggest that we adapt the date to lectures of students of the first year and AMIV events. The time should be just after lunch (13:15) and yes, the time should be clear.

We still have 4 weeks, so I will talk about those things you mentioned with my brother.

It was just about the text design... No ambiguity anymore.

It's a very nice work. The theme, colors and subjects fit very nice with orxonox I think.

Ahh... I thought so, was just confused by the last name ;)

I'm really looking forward to the convention, I kinda abandoned orxonox when I left cheeseland and I'm so curious about its current state.

Maybe we should mention the words 'game programming' on the poster, or do you guys think that this is redundant and everybody knows what orxonox is (I mean yeah... they should :D)

Hi guys, I registered today ;)
About me:
My name is Pascal Graf, I'm from Bern and Beni's little Brother, who made this three posters and the website.
There is a new version of the ConventionVIII-Poster, but there is no date on it at the moment, because I have to discuss this things with beni, the next time I see him.

And yeah sorry, my english isn't perfect :P
Made the "Orxonox, Convention VIII" bigger and the stars clearer on the small version.
Original is A3 with 300dpi, should be enought for a good print.

I must say I'm impressed by your work! Of course we're very grateful to find someone to do these jobs.

Anyway: A new plotter is living in the Etzspez for a few weeks now. Or how do you usually print the orxonox posters?

Nicely done again. Thanks Spinnenzunge.
I've gotta say, that you gonna still be able to put your name on it. I'm sure though you have this planned somewhere. We will discuss the details this weekend.

For printing I was considering the same thing the AMIV does with his posters. I gonna ask an ex-prasi for this.
