PPA for Ubuntu 10.10

Since Ubuntu 10.10 Maverick Meerkat came out two weeks ago we should update our PPA so it's possible to easily download Orxonox as a package once again.
I had to serve my country around the release date and forgot all about it. Just upgraded my system yesterday. Source packages are built as I write and will be uploaded and built.
