I've just seen that a new version of ogre has been released. I'm currently downloading...

Great. I'll download it immediately to test it. Actually I don't worry, that there will be problems, since the change log doesn't look very ... changing. :)
Still it's nice to know, that the engine is further developed, while working with it.

Well, Beni sort of forced my to upgrade, or at least verify that it works, while figuring out a problem for him.

In short: it still works.

As for the Tardis-cluster, I think we do not need an upgrade right away. We'll stick with 1.4.5 there for a while.
BOFH Excuse #212: Of course is doesn't work. We've performed a software upgrade.

@beni: BaseObject was moved from objects to core, maybe thats a problem with your configuration (maybe in kdevelop or whatever).

Nah, it's not that. The problem occurs in the console, too.
