Thinktank Meeting II

Post by beni » Sun Feb 11, 2007 10:37 pm

Hey guys. Just to be well prepared I'd like you guys to fill in this doodle form: http://www.doodle.ch/dp4vnHqVwkNx

The meeting will be in Zurich at my place if nothing's going to change. I will write an email to the dev mailing list as well.

I also know that few of you can plan so far into the future. I eventually don't have time on all the days, but I tried to give as many possibilities as possible. So fill in what you know, and come back later to correct when you know better. ;)

Of course everybody is invited like last time when we had the meeting. We're going to discuss the future of Orxonox.

Wow... there are many buttons :D
beni, I think a little less decision buttons should be ok, too :)
And are you sure, that before the exams you will have time for a meeting??
I suggest, we start the doodle with dates after the exams.

Sure I have time. It's only one evening right? and when I know it beforehand, I can change it anyway.

There are probably a bit too many buttons, I agree.. Didn't think of that when I entered the stuff into the doodle.

Should I make a new one (forgot the link to the admin page) or should I just leave it? I mean.. you can scroll to the dates after the exams, right?

Thanks very much beni for initiating this think tank meeting!! It's always hard to get people for a specific meeting at a specific date; opening multiple times/dates should help dealing with it.

If there is anything you want me to think about or prepare for the meeting, let me know.

Good luck learning!

Man, I can use that, thanks.. :?

Well besides that you're invited and that you may think of the future of Orxonox as well... I don't think there is anything I need help for to prepare. Thanks for asking :).

There will be chips and some crackers. Beer and other beverage is meant to be brought by you guys ;). I can also organize some relaxing music... Strippers won't be a problem either, I just have to make some of the girls drunk before the meeting.

EDIT: Something came to my mind: Of course we want to show the guests what we achieved with Orxonox the last semester, so I'd be grateful if anybody (Patrick?) could bring a faster Laptop than mine with the cleaned up version of Orxonox to the meeting.

Doodle states Thursday, the 8th of March is the best day, 'cause everybody has time then to come. We will meet at my place at about 8pm. I assume that you will already have eaten. Bring some beer if you want, chips will be donated by me.
Further information will be sent by mail.

I don't yet know if I will go fencing, but maybe I can coordinate the two things.
Anyways I will see you (even if maybe later).

Unfortunately, I can't promise that nothing comes between, but else I'll come for sure. (approx. 90% chances that I'll come :-) )
