That's really unfortunate. Be aware simon that not everybody of the PPS guys have voted yet. So there are maybe more coming than you are aware right now. I'll ask everybody again tomorrow in the PPS

I'll be a little late too. My GESS lecture (no, I can't miss it, she's a dragon..)
ends at 6.45 pm.
Where do you plan on making the event?

The convention will be at my flat. Read the announce mail for instructions on how to get there.

As it seems, I'm definitely not wondering why I never got that mail. As of october 10 I'm officially subscribed to the dev and annouce mailing list.
But so far, I have only ever received mails on the pps_hs07 list. Furthermore, I haven't received any commit mails although I'm subscribed there for 1.5 days now and I have commited multiple times already.

I think I'm doing something wrong with the subscription...

Yap, that is true. No wonder I'm not getting anything... I 'fixed' (or rather unstupided) the problem.

Is there anyone, who could forward that annouce mail to me please?

Google Maps does afaik need no plugins, it's just some ajax stuff....did you try opening in firefox?

and about the mailing list thing: Did you confirm your mailing list subscription after registering? You should have gotten a mail with a link in it, to which you can just reply; then you should immediately be added to the list...

I'm already getting the mails now ;). I realised it... didn't read the 'confirmation' mails before.

And about google: Is there anything else than firefox except mozilla (suite) and opera? Does the link work on your box?

Could someone forward it to me too, please? Also got no mail. I will subscribe to the announce list right now, but I guess it's too late ;)

No problem. You don't need to tell meif you come. I just need to know approximately how many people will come to plan for the food.

I will tell the guys today, that they should either look at the doodle again, or just tell me if they can come. So I can forward you the number of participants.
