The map works with the internet explorer, but strangely I cannot get it to work with firefox.
Anyway: I live at the Max-Bill-Platz, so it won't be a long walk for me ;)

Just something we thought about: Hofzge: Is there really enough room at your apartment for that many people? Have you a plan on how we all fit into your living room? :)

I guess the biggest problem will be getting everyone seated, as we only have two tables of altogether about 10-12 places. I already asked our neighbours for another table and a few chairs and this shouldn't be a problem.

The living room maybe isn't large enough, but that doesn't matter, as we can put another table in the kitchen and all will be well.

The other thing is that I only have 1 caquelon and I can fetch another one at the most. Here someone has to help me out.

I guess it should be no problem. As for the food: I will just mail a list of things people have to buy. Like this we have enough of everything.

So: As the date draws near I would like to organize a few things.
I will provide all the cheese and the bread, but I need you guys to organize white wine and all else you would like to eat, as for example snacks or sweets.

If you don't know if you should bring anything, just ask beni or x3n and they should know.

@beni & x3n: I hope you don't feel offended I chose you as the persons in charge of this job.

So how does the organisation work? Who should bring what?
Are some things (except the above ones) already distributed?
Otherwise, I could bring some white wine (how many bottles do you think?)?

Questions over questions ;)

Just btw: When do we meet?

greets

beni wasnt here the whole WE, so i have no idea what he planned to do, but last year the pps-leaders bought all the stuff an the students payed 15 or 20.- or something like that.
but of course everyone can bring whatever he wants (as long as it has nothing to do with gay-porn or komplexe analysis)

doodle says 19:00, i hope this is still correct

You can all come after 19:00 to my house in the Binzmuehlestr. 51 in Oerlikon. Before that I have to buy some things and organize an additional table, so please don't come too early if you don't want to help 8)

Everything should be organized (I bring cheese and bread, x3n & beni bring wine, snacks and dessert), so you don't have to bring anything. In fact I always say it's best to travel light like the elves...

See you all tomorrow!

No worries... nearly everything has been taken care of.
