New Forum
Well, I upgraded the forum to phpBB3. I hope you like it. Of course it will need some time get used to.
If you'd like any changes feel free to suggest them. I chose the skin we discussed in another thread when I first mentioned the upgrade.
If you want to revert to the old forum, that's not really a problem. But because we use different databases for those two forums, all posts written in THIS forum won't be available in the old one.
However everything else should now be converted. I checked and so far I feel positive about the upgrade.

Re: New Forum
This looks nice, I think we should keep this version. Has anyone got suggestions about a header, we could use?
Re: New Forum

Re: New Forum
Hmm, very nice to be up to date
Though I can agree with lieni. But I don't really mind, it's just that you almost can't read the red user names because of the background colour.
btw: in which thread you said was a discussion going on about the theme?

@x3n: Thanks. I think I remember looking at that post. I was just a little confused when searching my brain ^^

Re: New Forum
Personally I like the theme (by just looking at the design), but it's very hard to read the postings. There are bright orange spots all over the board, it's hard to focus on the (simple white) text. So from a technical point of view, the theme is rather bad. But maybe we get used to it... because designing a new theme is much work.

Re: New Forum
I'm sorry about the theme. As I already said you are very welcome to find a better one. Since phpBB3 is relatively new we can hope to find a better design in the future.
I changed to time today of the server and the board. If you still don't have the correct time when looking at the time in the above right corner you have to change your personal board settings in the User Control Panel, which you can access in the header. Most probably the summer time is deactivated.
