wow, we have an official youtube channel!

@skybox: it is still not properly licensed, since it was created using a skybox generator which doesn't allow usage for commercial products - so no cc-by-sa unfortunately. I dont't know that that means for that other game, but we certainly have to drop it before release.

We should definitely add sound to our videos. We have enough music that is license free to put into our videos. Besides that it's a nice and cool thing you test there and you also show off the menu. May I ask how you recorded the thing? I have an idea, but maybe I don't know a better program to record the screen.

When we're already showing off our movies, I recently created a small one about a racing game I'd liked to play 1-2 years ago, Race Driver GRID. It's a compilation of the best scenes of 15h of online racing - sometimes pure speed, sometimes pure chaos The recorded scenes filled up >1 tb on my hard disks, so I finally decided to cut them together and make a movie.

Btw, I'd like to create such a movie also for Orxonox at some point, but we first have to make Orxonox better, so it's fun to play it for hours.

(Oh and sorry for being kind of offtopic, but I think it's also a good idea to assemble all people that have some movie creating skills, in case we want to create more movies about Orxonox in the future)

I used DesktopRecorder, which is in the ubuntu repositories. I tried with sound but that didn't seem to work, but admittedly I didn't really try to get it to work.

Nice video. I actually played Race Driver GRID a few times (if it's the one with the rewind feature ), but I just was so bad at it, that I quit.
If I remember correctly, the GUI is quite interesting.
